Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you'd like to learn more about the payment methods we support, visit our help center.
Does my unused credit carry over to the following month?
No, unused credits do not carry over. At the end of each billing period, your transcription credits will reset to your plan's default amount. You can learn more about this in our help center.
How am I charged when I add members to my workspace?
Charges for added members are based on their time in the workspace and the current subscription rate. If you remove members, you'll receive a credit, calculated the same way, which will be applied to your next invoice.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, we send an invoice by email immediately after each purchase. You can also access all your invoices in your account settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
